Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using BolaVerse (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to every visitor, registered user, and anyone else who accesses the App.

You need an account to make Picks, join a League, or appear on a Leaderboard. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Once confirmed, your account and associated data are permanently deleted, in line with our Privacy Policy.

All Picks, Leagues, Competitions, Points, and rankings on BolaVerse are provided for entertainment purposes only. BolaVerse does not facilitate real-money gambling. Points and rankings are virtual and have no monetary value.

Picks can be changed as many times as you like before kickoff. Once a match starts, your Pick for that match is locked and cannot be edited. Points are calculated using our PIA (Prediction Impact Assessment) scoring system as described in the Help Center.

BolaVerse is a social Picks game, not a betting, gambling, or wagering product. There is no entry fee to play, no cash prizes, and no way to deposit, withdraw, or exchange money within the App in connection with Picks, Leagues, or the Leaderboard.

You may be able to create or share content on BolaVerse, such as a League name, a profile picture, or a display name. You retain ownership of the content you create and share on BolaVerse.

By posting content, you grant BolaVerse a limited, non-exclusive licence to display that content within the App, solely to operate and provide the service to you and other users (for example, showing your League name to members of that League).

When using BolaVerse, you agree not to:

• Create fake accounts, impersonate someone else, or manipulate Picks, Leagues, or the Leaderboard;
• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App or its scoring system;
• Use BolaVerse to facilitate real-money betting or gambling of any kind.

The BolaVerse name, logo, design, and underlying software (including the PIA scoring system) belong to BolaVerse and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Team names, competition names, and crests referenced in the App belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BolaVerse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BolaVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

Because BolaVerse is currently free to use, this limitation applies regardless of any amount paid, since no payment is required to access the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to BolaVerse if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, for example by cheating, abusing other users, or misusing the App. You can also stop using BolaVerse and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as BolaVerse grows or its legal structure changes. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in the App or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use BolaVerse after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

BolaVerse is currently operated by an individual based in France, and is not yet incorporated as a company. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are therefore governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If BolaVerse is incorporated in another jurisdiction in the future, this section will be updated to reflect the new governing law and jurisdiction. This section is provided for general information and isn't a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer about your specific situation.
